Blackout,

I'll certainly keep an eye out for any valuable info. to be shared.

Have your dealer get the complaint onto a work order and do what you can to bring it to them when the noise is present.

All the best!

Hello DodgeCaCares,

I get home tonight and I heard the tick noise so I put my ear closer to the steering wheel with vehicle in park and I can hear the tick coming from the steering wheel column

Soon as I get a chance im taking it back in and telling them check the steering wheel column the noise is coming from there

Im not leaving till they resolve this issue

A Brand New 2013 Journey and not even a year old and getting issues like this

Kinda regretting that I even bought it :(

Blackout,

Glad to hear the noise was located, shouldn't be any trouble for your dealer to hear it and determine the cause.

Not to worry though, they will be sure to fix your vehicle and get things back on track.

Hey everyone so they replaced the clockspring thinking that would resolve the issue drive home no noise nothing. Next day I hear it again I call the guy that worked on it at the dealership and he told me that's the only part for the steering wheel.

It doesn't happen all the time so I guess I gotta just Live with it
