Good Evening, I was wondering if anyone here that owns a 2013 Journey is experiencing this issue Every time I start up the vehicle it always goes to Updating Channels please wait then within 1 minute the Sirus XM satellite begins playing with no issues Ive contacted Sirus XM they dont see any issues they refer me to the dealer ive went to the dealer and they dont see any issue with my equipment at all Ive had the sirus xm service for close to 5 years and ive never had this issue before thats why im finding it odd how its a dealership issue as per what sirus xm says Anyone else having this issue?

Good evening What would you suggest getting for brakes & rotors I have the big brakes & rotors OEM that are still on the vehicle They have lasted me from 2013 till now I was wondering what would you get OEM Brakes & Rotors or should I go after market ( What brand would you suggest & do they have the same thickness of pads like OEM does including Rotors?) Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated If OEM what are the part #s for the pads & rotors thanks again

Guys I hope you can maybe help me out my UConnect on my vehicle navigation is saying I'm in a location that I am not. For example I am east and it says I'm NW and on a street that I am not on. I hit restore on the maps drove the vehicle around and it resetted itself and started working properly. Couple days later it's doing the same thing what could it be? I have had this radio changed our 3-4 times. The last 3 all can't unlock maps I would get on the screen this last unit replacement has Been working fine its just the maps getting confused Any suggestions I greatly appreciate it

I recently got my radio replaced for my uconnect 8.4n and I noticed when the vehicle is off it displays -- where it would display the direction example N S SW on the EVIC but its not doing it it only does when the vehicle is started. The nav shows the maps working Any idea what it could be? It worked before prior to replacing the radio

Good evening, i was was wondering if someone can help me my UConnect today for some reason isn't responding at all. I can hit the power button and it works the radio comes on every other function works but I can't touch the screen because it doesn't respond like it's frozen. Ive shut off the ride turned it back on same thing. Any idea what it could be? Thanks guys

I had issues with my nav a while back last year this year I have no nav issues My only issue is with the Bluetooth I have to bring it back in they need to see what the issue is at this point it's very frustrating dealing with things like this when you expect when you buy a new ride you have no worries but I guess not

Anyone know how to soft reset the unit for UConnect

I've had more problems other then u connect I'm just beyond frustrated Radio replaced 2 times Among other things

They replaced the Bluetooth module all was working and today not a single phone can pair I'm so angry how do I lodge a complaint to chryslers i feel like I was sold a lemon of a vehicle

Yeah I tried resetting the battery didn't do anything I have an appointment booked next week

So disconnecting the - terminal will fix it for sure 100% ? Or is it a temporary fix ?

Hey Guys, Good Evening My Bluetooth has been working perfectly fine until tonight when I start the ride my bluetooth doesnt sync I go check and I select bluetooth and all I get is Uconnect handsfree system loading and it wont go away turn off ride wait 10min try again same thing Does this mean the bluetooth module is dead? Because the best part is my phone sees Uconnect in the list I tap it select the pin 0000 and hit pair and it goes to connect failure I have an iPhone but I cant even pair any other phone thats the best part even an android Any suggestions before I drive to the dealer? Radio has been replaced 2 times already I have a feeling were on the 3rd one Thanks

I had my power steering hoses replaced I get home and I got oil dripping I go look under ride and the frame is all wet I wipe it down and its fine as of now but what a disgrace taking it to a dealer that I trust and ive referred maybe people to now making me look bad Its all good tomorrow ill have a chat with the Manager of the operations fluid looked brown & red mixed) driver side front I know its probably from the old hoses. What a day let me tell you your suppose to come home peace of mind but in the end you end up like me worrying Complete Non Sense Sorry I had to vent

Good morning everyone I noticed yesterday my bluetooth would not connect to my phone and ive had the phone paired before with no issues I go to settings to see what's been showing paired before and it's all clear nothing connected I shut my ride off wait 15 min turn the ride on and my Bluetooth synced and my connections showed up Is this mean the Bluetooth module might be going or is it the radio? I've had the radio replaced closed to 2 times already. Thanks guys
