Right. Its a controller that also controls your music. Not sure there are ANY options for replacement. If you can replace it, the new hardware would simply replace the screen. The true guts are part of the vehicle. All this technology has us married to the manufacturer. Its not just Chrysler, its all manufacturers. Maybe someone else has a different take on this situation.
