b rad Posted July 28, 2012 Author Report Share Posted July 28, 2012 I left the factory head unit alone (I have the 4.3) because it controls just about everything in the car. But I installed new eclipse 6×9's in the front and rear doors. I also put in a new set of Polk 1 inch tweeters in the front. And I had a line out converter installed so I could add a Alpine amplifier and a 12 inch Alpine type R sub in a sealed box. It sounds really good. The cars very well made nothing rattles that bad in it so you get clear sound without having to install dynamate. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Meham09 Posted October 20, 2015 Report Share Posted October 20, 2015 Has anyone had trouble with their uconnect? I have a 2012 Journey AWD, RT. I just purchased this vehicle used from my dodge dealer. The Uconnect worked for about a week, then quit, I was told to disconnect the negative cable to reset it, I did that and it worked for about 2 days.
