Missing bluetooth buttons

My new journey was supposed to have bluetooth but doesnt.Stopped at dealership today and got update but its a mixed bag.Good news is that dodge has a kit to fix this and I will have bluetooth buttons on wheel and voice command.The bad news is that the kit isnt expected to show up for 12-13 weeks.

I'm sure that a lot of people on this forum would appreciate a part number for that kit. I ordered my Journey with the $300 option, but many dealers did not even know that it WAS an option.

Taking the journey back in next week to get trailer hitch put on will quiz them out for part number then.Will post back as soon I get some info.

Thank God for this forum! I have had a similar problem. The dealer did not even realize that the uconnect system did not include the bluetooth until we went to set up the phones. Seems impossible, but true. I have asked the dealer for help and he can provide no information. I have called customer service and they have no idea what I am talking about. I have been transferred to everywhere in Dodge except to Mars (where the management team vacations no doubt..). I have emailed customer service and they said to ask my dealer. (I thought this kind of circular stuff only happened in the Yellow Pages!). I wrote them back and have received no answer. I don't think that Dodge values the extension of product knowledge within its corporate ranks. Sad (ask me about my delivery issues if you want further evidence that corporate is a mess).

In any case, I would almost kill for more information and a part number!

Sorry I didnt get back on here with part number.Had a horrible day at dealership trying to get hitch installed.Got hitch package added onto price of car when we wrote it up they told me it would cost $600.When I went to dealership to get installed they tell me I am going to have to pay extra as $600 is not enough even though it says on sheet IN DEAL.They then tell me I will have to pay $140 something about wiring kit,so I tell them I dont really need wiring as hitch is strictly for bike rack.Service guy goes and talks to manager comes back and tells me that kit is ordered already so I have to pay for it.Not too stoke about this but agree and bring car in for hitch.Iwait at dealership for 4 hours waiting for car,4 hours for a trailer hitch.When I go back to service counter to pay I am told that the wrong wiring harness was ordered so there is no wiring and they still want me to pay $140.By this time its 20 after 12 and I just want to go for lunch I suggest to service dept.that they look up price of wiring harness and install time an subtract from bill.They wont go for that and person that wrote up deal is gone for lunch so I suggest they give me my keys so I can go for lunch and will come back after lunch to straighten it out.They will not release my car to me so I get the number for customer service to complain about this.I go outside to call customer service and while on hold go over to my car to look at hitch.The service dept.sends out a salesman to jump in my car and move it back into the shop,like Im a gangster and I would just jump in my car and steal it.Customer service tells me I should speak with manager of dealership but he is gone for lunch as well.I end up having to sit there till 1 pm and they finally release my car with no charges and tell me they will figure out bill later.Five days later and still havent heard anything not very impressed with their so called 5 star service.So ya I did not get part number and dont really feel like talking to anyone from this shitty dealership.
