Thank God for this forum! I have had a similar problem. The dealer did not even realize that the uconnect system did not include the bluetooth until we went to set up the phones. Seems impossible, but true. I have asked the dealer for help and he can provide no information. I have called customer service and they have no idea what I am talking about. I have been transferred to everywhere in Dodge except to Mars (where the management team vacations no doubt..). I have emailed customer service and they said to ask my dealer. (I thought this kind of circular stuff only happened in the Yellow Pages!). I wrote them back and have received no answer. I don't think that Dodge values the extension of product knowledge within its corporate ranks. Sad (ask me about my delivery issues if you want further evidence that corporate is a mess).
In any case, I would almost kill for more information and a part number!
