I was told from service dept. that you need some sort of flash update after the wiring is installed.It has something to do with having LED tailights.

Sorry I didnt get back on here with part number.Had a horrible day at dealership trying to get hitch installed.Got hitch package added onto price of car when we wrote it up they told me it would cost $600.When I went to dealership to get installed they tell me I am going to have to pay extra as $600 is not enough even though it says on sheet IN DEAL.They then tell me I will have to pay $140 something about wiring kit,so I tell them I dont really need wiring as hitch is strictly for bike rack.Service guy goes and talks to manager comes back and tells me that kit is ordered already so I have to pay for it.Not too stoke about this but agree and bring car in for hitch.Iwait at dealership for 4 hours waiting for car,4 hours for a trailer hitch.When I go back to service counter to pay I am told that the wrong wiring harness was ordered so there is no wiring and they still want me to pay $140.By this time its 20 after 12 and I just want to go for lunch I suggest to service dept.that they look up price of wiring harness and install time an subtract from bill.They wont go for that and person that wrote up deal is gone for lunch so I suggest they give me my keys so I can go for lunch and will come back after lunch to straighten it out.They will not release my car to me so I get the number for customer service to complain about this.I go outside to call customer service and while on hold go over to my car to look at hitch.The service dept.sends out a salesman to jump in my car and move it back into the shop,like Im a gangster and I would just jump in my car and steal it.Customer service tells me I should speak with manager of dealership but he is gone for lunch as well.I end up having to sit there till 1 pm and they finally release my car with no charges and tell me they will figure out bill later.Five days later and still havent heard anything not very impressed with their so called 5 star service.So ya I did not get part number and dont really feel like talking to anyone from this shitty dealership.

Does anyone know how big the sub is or even where its located.I am another unhappy camper with this alpine sound system.Maybe if enough people willcomlain dodge have to do something about it. Thanks a lot Powdered Toast Man went out and adjusted speakers to the back a bit like you said,makes it sound like a different stereo.Could still have a little more bass but this makes a big difference.At least now I know there is a sub in the car

If you dont end up getting one soon you may end up with a 4 inch touch screen instead of an 8.Just the rumours floating around now but it would suck to miss out on the 8 inch screen it works really well.There are a few other parts in short supply so you may miss out on some options till next years models.Heard the back-up sensors and cameras were in short supply as well.I wasnt planning on getting a journey till the fall but decided to get one now just in case.The journey rt is getting harder to find on the lots.

Welcome to the forum,hope you get a good deal on your trade.I just picked up my journey a couple weeks ago.Nothing but good things to say about my new wheels,nice ride very quiet inside and once you get inside it looks like a high end luxury car.Kudos to dodge on the interior redesign thats what sold it for me.

On my second tank city driving sitting at 14.6l 100km.Not bad hoping it gets a little better when broken in a little more.Oh ya its a rt awd.

My new journey was supposed to have bluetooth but doesnt.Stopped at dealership today and got update but its a mixed bag.Good news is that dodge has a kit to fix this and I will have bluetooth buttons on wheel and voice command.The bad news is that the kit isnt expected to show up for 12-13 weeks.

Picked up my 2011 journey rt last week,it was supposed to have bluetooth but doesn`t.Still waiting to see what dealership is going to do about it,should have an answer by next week I was told.Will update when dealership calls me back was told they have a lot of people with same problem so hopefully doge will buck up and fix the problem.

Went outside and took a few pics.It`s raining and shitty here but I`ll post better pics later.

The journey is no where close to the calibre but I didn`t expect it to be.But the journey did surprise me it is a fairly peppy ride for the size of it.Does ride a lot nicer than the calibre and the interior is immaculate.

Had the survey request by phone.Picked up car on friday and dealer assured me it had bluetooth got it home and tried to pair up phone.that`s when I found out I don`t have bluetooth.Went to dealership today and complained,suggested they order kit in to fix problem.No one from the dealership called me back like they said they would.So when I got the call for survey suggested to caller that now might not be the best time for a survey LOL.

Hello to all,just joined forum.Picked up my 2011 dodge journey rt on friday,traded in 08 calibre srt.Gotta say I`m lovin` the new journey.Only complaint is with the 8.4 u-connect(horrible name for it as most of them don`t).Dealer assured me it had bluetooth connection only to get it home and find that it doesn`t.Went back to dealership today and asked about kit to fix problem and still haven`t heard back from them 6 hours later.From reading the forum I see that a lot of other people have had the same problem.
