jasmith Posted January 3 Report Share Posted January 3 I have a 2009 Dodge Journey 3.5 V6 SXT so I had issues off and on with electrical change the TIPM also change the throttle body I had to put two new batteries in it I recently did a upgrade on all the grounding system so the other day I was driving it and it started making a winding noise and started shaking really bad going down the road put an ob2 reader on it and it said solenoid six stuck open so so I took it to the mechanic he said probably the fuel injectors changed all the fuel injectors got it drove it for a little bit that day and stopped at the gas station and put gas in it went to drive off it got stuck in second gear with the RPM shooting Sky High and wouldn't go over 40 miles an hour it's now saying shift solenoid does anybody got any ideas how to fix this without having do all the transmission work to it Dean H 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
