SJB driveharddaily Posted July 15, 2022 Report Share Posted July 15, 2022 Hey, I was wondering if anyone has tryed to put dodge avenger struts front and rear on a Journey, and or chrysler 200 struts, I want to go lower and as currently I'm able to find parts like half the price of a journey I might just try it myself as, my dad has a chrysler 200 he changed his struts so I have used ones to test it out, but was curious if anyone had tryed it yet, Much appreciated Drive Hard Daily Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Mega complaints on premature wear, rattles etc. Journey is a fair amount heavier than Caliber ( which had lots of suspension issues according to a friend who had one) and the Avenger and the 200. Try it if they will bolt up, but I doubt you will be happy with results, especially in the front. If you lowering I would have a shop fabricate something heavy duty.
