Zackr125 Posted July 7, 2021 Report Share Posted July 7, 2021 Installed subs using an LOC yesterday and things were fine for about 2 hours. Later on I went back to the vehicle and my radio will not connect bluetooth devices. I can’t pull up the Bluetooth setting on the radio itself either. I can get the radio to go into dealer mode, but cannot get it to go into engineering mode for some reason to do a hard reset. Please do not put suggestions of forgetting the device in phones Bluetooth as that is not the issue. The radio itself acts like it doesn’t even have a Bluetooth option. When I try to go into the Bluetooth options from the setting it will highlight and beep like it’s choosing the option but won’t take the screen anywhere. It’s a 2013 Dodge Journey Crew with a Uconnect 8.4 radio without Nav. Any help is appreciated Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
