CogRunn3r Posted December 2, 2019 Report Share Posted December 2, 2019 I own a 2019 dodge journey and I'm trying to install an extra backup detector. I found a purple connector under the bumper that doesn't really connect to anything, I'm just trying to figure out what wire's would be for the reverse light and ground. Any Ideas? Armando G Posted December 2, 2019 Report Share Posted December 2, 2019 Are you trying to connect a detector or towing lights (connector)? If it's prewired, it's usually a green connector. You can ask your dealer if it is prewired by giving them your VIN.
