I recently purchased a 2016 Journey Crossover. since the day I drove off the Viva Dodge parking lot, my 2016 has had a harsh 2-3 upshift, also 3-2 downshift, 2-1 downshift. Dealer says there is no problem to be concerned. After searching for some answers, I found that the check ball locations in the Transmission (62Te) valve body could be the problem. redtomatoman Posted June 21, 2019 Report Share Posted June 21, 2019 If you think there is a problem, I encourage you to go back to the dealer and demonstrate the problem. If its something that can be seen on a video, I would capture it via your phone. The DJ transmissions can misbehave, so I'd be sure that you have the dealer check it thoroughly and document your symptoms. Good luck.
