OzJourney Posted March 3, 2019 Report Share Posted March 3, 2019 On start up the blend air actuator makes a noise - a heavy rattle as if it is trying to operate but can't. Have pulled the plug so noise gone and aircon seems to work ok. The actuator is removable just, but big warnings on disconnecting battery - is there a better way to disconnect than getting into the battery compartment? I disconnected the jump start terminal but still have power. Even if I pull the actuator it seems almost impossible to assess the condition of the blend flap without removing the whole fan / filter box. Is there a better way?
