All the dealers I went to were the same. I was in a bit of a rush as my last journey got totalled and I had no vehicle. Tbh it's only 160 per month more.

I would start by testing the switch 1st then check for loose wiring.

I can listen to my messages but cannot read or reply while in motion same reason I cannot view the dvd in the front I would guess.
