Yes we just bought the lifetime bumper to bumper on our 2013 with 38,000 miles on it. We bought the car brand new with 6 miles. They charged us $3,500 for it.

Wow 2016 Journeys are the same as last years. Its crazy having the same vehicle running 6 years in a row with no changes.

Those are some lame colors, when they have limited colors like that I think its a sign for a short model year. That means new Journey coming soon!!! I could be wrong tho.

Ok I found what the problem is, the hose was not connected to the hood, but I still have to take it to the dealer because the tee where the hose connects broke off. I'm glad its not the washer motor. Thanks for all the help!

I have a 2013 DJ AWD it has 33,000mi on it and the front window washer don't work, the resivore is full and it sounds like the washer pump is working. What could the issue be. I will have my dealer take a look at on next oil change. But I'd like to know if someone else has experienced this issue and know what the problem is so I could fix it before I take to the dealer. I live about 45 min away from the dealer I deal with, so I wouldn't want to make a special trip.

Hi everyone I was on carcomplaints.com and I looked at the 2009 DJ. They said to adviod the 2009 DJ like the plague, would you guys agree? The 2009 DJ had a lot of complaints but 2011 up has very little, I compared the 2011 DJ to other vehicles in its class and the Journey seems pretty reliable. But when I look at Consumer Reports (CR) it says the DJ is one of the most unreliable SUV. Do you guys think carcomplaints.com and CR are reliable sources?

Thanks for the replies! I was just asking because I was looking at DJ's on cars.com and I found a 2009 AWD with 250,000 miles then I found a 2011 AWD with 124,000 miles. I really want to know what kind of repairs they had on them. All I know is the 2009 had a new transmission. So I was wondering if anyone in the forum has put that many miles on their DJ.

Does anyone have a DJ with over 100,000 miles or 160,000 km? I have a 2013 that just hit 25,000 miles, so it has a long way to go. Lol

I had the same problem on my 2013. It was the AC drain hose. The dealer had to take out the whole dash and the two front seats to fix it. They found that the drain hose was kinked. They had to put in a new one. It took them 4 weeks to do it. I was sure glad the warranty covered it! Good luck!!!!

I have a 2013 AWD and on the highway I get between 26 and 27. The best I got was in Montana, 28mpg. I was driving 75mph. When I got fuel, the DTE showed over 500 miles.

I change my DJ's oil every 5,000 miles since I live on a gravl road.
