Good evening everyone So this morning I take my journey in for a car wash and I left the sunroof cover open but the sunroof itself was closed I noticed a few drops of water land on my arm rest console. Is this normal ? I got home poured water on sunroof Window and no drips of water Any ideas what it is? Should I be concerned or is everyone having same issue Vehicle is 2013 journey rt with 22 thousand km

Hello DodgeCaCares, I get home tonight and I heard the tick noise so I put my ear closer to the steering wheel with vehicle in park and I can hear the tick coming from the steering wheel column Soon as I get a chance im taking it back in and telling them check the steering wheel column the noise is coming from there Im not leaving till they resolve this issue A Brand New 2013 Journey and not even a year old and getting issues like this Kinda regretting that I even bought it

DodgeCACares, I think your right its coming from the steering wheel column to me its sounding like its so very faint nobody can hear it except me of course! It doesnt do it all the time sometimes it does sometimes it doesnt I guess ill have to wait till it makes it every single time then take it in

DodgeCACares, When its Warm Outside I dont hear the noise at all Its weird

When playing the video stop it at 3 seconds you will hear it its a very faint tick

My sister has the same kind of vehicle and hers doesnt make it at all its weird. I guess ill have to live with it until it gets bad Theres times it doesnt even make it at all the noise If you play the video again listen very carefully it makes a lil tick noise

Went to pickup the ride the mechanic spoke with me and he told me everything is good suspension balljoints everything is all good he couldnt hear the noise I showed him the video he heard it but he cant figure it out where it comes from. I took it home no noises couldnt hear anything driving for a bit I dunno I guess its a weird one lol

Good morning I took it in to the dealer they can't hear the noise I had the service rep listen to the video he explained it to the tech but they can't make it happen the noise. He's checking my suspension ball joints and everything to see where it's coming from they r clueless about it

Hi Chris, Same thing happened to me buddy in the winter time last year they had to replace the whole touch screen once they do that your preety much golden It sucks but what can you do thats why we got warranty for it :-) Nothing is made like it use to be back in the old days everything now seems to be made cheap

Good morning everyone Heard the lil tick noise when turning steering wheel this morning I find I can hear it when it's cold outside If I turn the steering wheel for a bit parked it comes n goes doesn't happen all the time When it's warm outside I don't hear it It doesn't make Sense

I just hate going to the dealer and they never find anything wrong with it and in the end I look and feel like a idiot I'll give it a bit more time it Thanks guys

I change my oil every 6000km my oil change light hasn't come on my 2013 journey rt with the 3.6 v6 it's all preference

Hasnt made the noise since but if it gets worse or I hear it more often I definently will
