  1. Some interesting stuff on that last link. A bit pricey though! Cheers!
  2. Here you go... Front Rear Look good don't they! Cheers!
  3. That's right small at front -I thought it should be other way around. Make sure you clean area with Meths or White Spirit to get rid of any grease. Then when you're ready try and place plates down in the right place first time beacause the tape really sticks! I got one slightly off centre and the tape just touched the paintwork, I thought I was going to bend it trying to get it off again! Did it in the end though. They do look good. Cheers!
  4. It's not just the Journey that the colour shade is different. Look at just about any car with painted plastic bumpers and I'll bet 9 times out of 10 there is a difference. Cheers!
  5. I rang the dealer today. They said there was an issue with these alarms and Chrysler Technical are dealing with it. In the meantime they said press the lock button 4 times to deactivate the ultrasonic sensors. I thought I read in the book press lock 3 times but the extra press seems to do the job. Not only that on the 4th press the car 'chirps' to say the sensors are off. So I don't have functioning ultrasonics but at least the neighbours get some peace and quiet! Cheers!
  6. Hi, Those lights in the bumper are high intensity fog lamps. They're the law over here in the 'Old World' and Europe. Cheers!
  7. Hi, Anyone else having their alarm going off for no real reason? I picked up my car yesterday and all seemed fine with it. This evening we locked it and about 16 seconds later the alarm went off just after the light on the dash stopped flashing quickly. Then it did it again and again.... It didn't matter how many times we switched the ignition on and off or pressed lock 3 times to deactivate the sensors the alarm just kept going off. I must have the premium alarm as it sounds a siren as well as the horn. Eventually to secure the car I would press lock on the RKE to lock all doors. Then press unlock once to unlock drivers door, once opened I pushed down the chrome knob next to the window and shut the door. Basically locking the car manually without arming the alarm. Has anyone else had problems? I need to ring the dealer tommorow but it's usually good if I can say others are experiencing the same thing. Cheers!

    Hi from the UK!

Hi, The name's Brian from the UK (about an hour North of London). It's good to see a dedicated forum for the Journey. My last car was a Chrysler (over here) Neon LX manual which I had for the last 8 years that was a great car. The one and only time it broke down was when the battery cooked itself dry. Sad to see it go but we needed something bigger. I picked up my R/T yesterday and I'm really pleased with it, love the colour. The auto box is really smooth when it changes and being a diesel should get decent mileage. Cheers!
  9. Hi all! I picked up my new R/T 2.0 Diesel Auto yesterday. What a cracking car! The salesman told me it was the only blue R/T available on this consignment -so it's pretty rare. Already the neighbours have commented on it and I've had quite a few looks by other motorists. Extras on it are Park Pilot, stainless scuff plates, mudflaps (I need to fit these) and I had the dealer fit a couple of number plate 'chrome' surrounds -which really finish it well. Cheers!
