  1. I had a similar issue. The dealer tried for 2 days, all possible ways to resolve the leaks from checking the drain lines to re-re-adjusting the sunroof. They swapped the sunroof with another Journey on the lot. That sunroof was worse. They had to order a new sunroof and the problem was solved! No More Leaks, even though the car wash. They found the rubber seals that were on the glass section of the sunroof did not seal properly, might have been an old design or from bad stock. The new roof looks like a new design, more and better support frame and rubber seals. See if the dealer can replace the sunroof glass. Worked for me.
  2. I had the same problem. Made an appointment with the dealer to have the oil changed, check the leak in the sunroof (still leaks and now I see there is a Rapid Response Recall for this) and the "turn left noise". Printed this thread and showed the Service counter guy the info within the thread of what to check for and what to do before replacing the power stearing pump. Took the repair tech for a ride to reproduce the noise, he heard it and said the problem is in the power steering system, will check it out. I told him about the info I brought and to check with the Service counter guy. I went off to the waiting room. After 1.5 hours they came back to tell me the power steering pump needs to be changed and they have to order it. I give them the benefit of the doubt seeing they are the repair experts, but asked if they checked to see it there was any TSB's on this or checked the STAR Case Number K10403532. They said they did and it said to change the pump. Then they go off to fix the leak in the sunroof. Long story short, after coming back a second time to replace the pump, the sunroof still leaks and the car still made noise when I turned left. The service guy kept telling me that I will get the survey and it wont be from the dealer and how to fill it out. Now talk about an image issue. After two days I fixed the noise myself by overfilling the power steering reservoir by 8mm above the "max" fill and a day later the noise went away and the level went down to 4mm above the "max" fill line. Must have been some extra air in the system. In my opinion, the dealer wasted my time and a perfectly good pump that might not have needed replacing. I dont think they wanted to know anything about the info I had and if it was credable. This guy made a few comments about the data and the forum. Not to mention I still have to bring it back to fix the sunroof leak. Will let you know when this issue and how many times it took is resolved.

    Most miles?

    9500 miles since March 17, 2008.
  4. My Journey has the MyGig System below the temp controls with the "touch screen". But I don't have NAV with it, so the upper part of the console where your display is for NAV is a mini covered storage bin. See attached picture.
  5. My R/T AWD has the 3rd row and no grocery hooks on the back of the 3rd row seats. Just on the back of the driver's seat. But I have a lovely cargo net and a mini storage compartment big enough to put the jumper cables, some loose tools and the optional towing wiring harness.
  6. I have a Journey R/T also with the "Second Edition" Owners Manual and page 25 does not have a section detailing the "unlock-press & hold" or "unlock-unlock-press & hold" to unlock driver's, all doors then open front windows option. Tonight, I got worried going to my car after work only to find the front windows halfway down. As I was walk to my car I unlocked it but was not directly looking at it and when I go the the drivers door I noticed the front windows where half opened. I now recall that I was pressing & holding the unlock button longer that I normally do. I tried the "unlock-press & hold" and "unlock-unlock-press & hold" and to my surprise the windows began to open and stop as soon a you let go of the unlock button. Nice feature when you come out to you car thats been parked in the middle of a giant parking lot for a few hours, you can vent it before you get to the car, as long as you can see. Thanks for the update......er new found option.
  7. I've had my Journey since March and began to notice the noise when turning left and accelerating out of the turn a couple of weeks ago. I don't notice the noise when I coast through the turn. The Journey has 9400 miles on it. I do a 70 mile roundtrip commute to work everday, all highway.
