  1. Went back to the dealer to get the 3rd key programmed, and apprently in addition to consumers not being able to program their own keys, the dealer could not program the key. Looks like the module either chnaged RFID specifications, or they found a way to not allow it to use non-OEM keys.
  2. Just had mine done, and gave them all three keys, but they failed to program our spare/emergency key, and I tried to do it per the manual, and it looks like they took that capability away from the vehicle owner, so I'm haveing to go back and get them to do it.
  3. On the previous Ferd Vehicles and on my Dodge Megacab and our Jeep Patriot they work just as one would expect, but for some reason the Journey, they just don't match up.
  4. Gee Sorry, this was seemed to me the most appropriate topic area: TECHNICAL FORUM > TSB's, Recalls & Maintenance. Didn't know this was now only a TSB area. Move it to the right area then.
  5. Well, the past two nights have been the first real Fog driving in the Journey. The stock/factory Fog Lights are almost useless. They only add a little extra visibility, but also add more fog glare. In non-Fog situations, they help a lot.
  6. 28,000 miles on mine.
  7. Non-Towing is averaging 22 MPG Hand Calculated for (City and Highway).
  8. JT-One Connector w/Upgraded Circuit Protected ModuLite - Dodge Journey
  9. PTO? Say what, I know a PTO to be a Power Take Off.
  10. Careful, you drive a Dodge not a Ram. RIP Dodge Truck Brand, to hell with the Ram Brand
  11. And is the cause of most of the stuck accelerator crashes, like the most recent Toyota recall. So don't do it.
  12. The factory harness that came with my Journey does not use a t-connector or pull power from the fuew/battery. It connects between the wiring harness and lamps, and has the noise relayes. I wish I had bought he solid state version, as it would be quieter when I lock/un-lock the vehicle.
  13. Yep, they even show the results of selling off the "RAM" Dodge Trucks. what a joke the company has become.
  14. $80! Stop, the install is very very easy. Go to e-Trailer and the harness is $$49.95
  15. Even Journey's equipped with the towing package, the wiring harness is in a bag in the back for the end user to install, and no it doesn't connect to a 8 wire plug, it's a relay version of the solid state aftermarket units that connect to the tail lights!
