  1. Thanks for the info. As I can see, the Appcar DiagFCA program can turn this off, but I am not sure if it is supported from all OBD devices. So far, it seems to be the best solution for me. Still searching though.
  2. At least a device that has support to turn off TPMS, please?
  3. Lucky you! This would never happen to my place..for free!
  4. Thank you for helping me. An OBD reader is the most basic tool we could use and most of them are generic. This is why I asked if someone owns a device with better support specifically for our car in my budget. I don't want to diagnose the whole car, just to be informed of most of the problems that may occur by codes. By the way I will have a look Harbor Freight, as you suggested.
  5. Hi and thank you for the reply. I need it mostly for reading codes, but it would be nice if I could manage other options except from engine, for example ABS, HVAC, PCM, SRS, etc. Of course I understand that it's hard to find a device+program that can do everything, so I'm just looking for the best option to my budget. Tuning is not my first option rather than fixing problems. It's an old Journey 2010, 2.4L.
  6. Hello everybody. I am looking an OBD device for my Journey. It doesn't matter if it'll be connected with laptop or mobile device. I would like it to have as many settings as possible. The budget is low, approx 100usd, so any recommendation is appreciated. Probably the purchase of an aftermarket software is a better solution from what I read, but I am still confused about the hardware. Thank you in advance. :)
  7. Thank you both for your replies. I am mostly curious about this battery. That's why I'm trying to decode the inscription. Of course I will buy a new one and have already found a similar to replace, but I'm just wondering for the original. It seems to me that it is not as powerful as the car demands.
  8. Hello! I have recently purchased a used Journey 2010 SXT 4cyl. I checked the battery and seems to need a replacement. It looks to be the original Mopar battery! So I have two questions, if you could help me. First of all, how could I decode the inscribed code on it? I have searched and found some info, but I'm not sure, because it is a bit different from what I've seen. Not very clear though. Second question is about RC and Ah. The battery shows only 100Min RC which converts to 41,6Ah. Isn't this too low for our car with all these electric circuits? PS: As I said I'm not sure, but if the battery is the original one, then it lasted 10years! Wow..
  9. Excuse me once more, but I don't find any way to edit my previous post. The stud with artnr K06508707AA fits perfect at last! It seems that the nut was badly corroded from the inside and couldn't screw properly. Excuse for the wrong info from the post above.
  10. Just to inform that the Chrysler Europe gave me the K06508707AA artnr, which has the same dimension, but differrent thread! So it doesn't fit. I need to find the Mopar 6508707AA (same code except from the first letter) which is the US version or buy another nut just for this stud. Anyway, I'll find the solution. I only wanted to inform the EU owners to be aware.
  11. It's an easy fix even for me. The thing is to find the proper stud without paying a fortune. Will check tomorrow to the local stores though. Thanks.
  12. Thanks a lot for the info. I was also finding some studs that were 49 and 50mm and they were supposed to fit to our model, but I was looking for the official specification as you stated. I believe that it is better to be of the same length. Then I need to find a shop to buy, because the shipping cost to my country from US is extremely high. Thanks again for your help. I'll keep looking.
  13. Hello guys. Nice to find this great community! I have recently bought a used Dodge Journey 2010 and found out that a wheel stud is broken and the lug glued on. As I am living in Sweden now it is a bit difficult to find much information and parts. Could you give me advice about the dimension of the stud please? Any good site that could help me find several part numbers for our model would be appreciated.
