  1. 2009 SXT 3.5 V6 Inferno Red - Long Island, NY here.
  2. Lol.. Yea, we always pay!!!! The wife also remarks how it rides and handles better with the Pirelli tires. Right now our Journey is at the dealership because the water pump started to leak. We have 58,000 miles on it and its a 2009 SXT 3.5 V6. We are also having the timing belt changed since they have it all open and the dealer recommended the change.
  3. I always felt that the Kuhmo tires made my journey too soft of a ride. Too bouncy i guess. I also check those tires every week with tire pressure and rotations at the right time. But when I put a set of Pirelli's, damn what a difference in ride and handling that I didnt get from the Kuhmos. I kind of like the journey although the wife drives it more than me, We had our minor and major problems with it. Over all, it's a decent vehicle.
  4. My first and last Dodge, I'll ever own!!!!!
  5. Buy Pirelli tires. those khumo tire are no good on a journey. I replaced my just under 40,000 miles. I believe that's what they are rated to last. I love the Pirelli tires, better handling and ride.
  6. I replaced my Kumhos tires after they lasted only 40,000 miles with Pirelli Tires all Seasons. They are much better in handling and comfort in any weather. I have the 19" rims.
  7. I never received a letter. i did have a problem with the steering wheel shaking when i hit the brakes. i took the car in to the dealer and they replaced the rotors and pads at no charge. i have 25k miles on the car. Thank goodness no money out of my pocket.
  8. Well, I had my front brake pads replace when I took the car in for inspection at 13,000 miles last week. I call dodge to complain. They told me that I could have just brought the car to them. Well, the dealership is 45 mins from my home, but obviously I needed them because they started to squeak real bad. Plus, the dealer charges way to much to install pads. After going back and forth with them, I got them to cover most of the cost of replacement. I paid $150, Dodge will pay me $130.
  9. yeah, 13000 mile on mine and had to replace pads!!!! what are the best pads to buy?
  10. I have had my 2009 Journey for 1 year now and when I had to get it inspected I was told I needed front brakes. The car only has 13,000 miles on it. The brakes were squeaking, so I knew the pads were getting used up. But, come on change brakes at 13,000? Has anyone had this problem?
  11. I could be wrong, but I think the tire pressure should be 44 PSI. At least on the 19"s.
