  1. Can anyone help me with this, please?
  2. I am proud to say that I've saved enough money to get myself a 2010 Dodge Journey. Now, I have some pretty old tires on it, and I'd really like to get some new ones. Money is not an issue, I just don't want to spend more than $800 on them. I'll be using them to drive around town, and the occasional off-road session, hehe. I just want them to last as long as possible. My mechanic friend told me to get some Hankook tires. Here's a link he provided: Hankook Optimo H724 Review. He told me they're the best tires I could get, but I don't find the article particularly trustworthy, to be honest. Could you guys give me any pointers? Any help is greatly appreciated! P.S.: I know this is an old thread, but I was searching Hankook Tires on the forums and thought it's better to post a reply here than to create a new thread
  3. Didn't know this about 2012 Journeys, thanks for the info!
  4. It's true they're bigger, but here, in Romania, we kinda have different standards. Pretty much everyone owns a Volkswagen, which is really small. We have lots and lots of small cars, sadly
  5. Yep, taxes. You can read more here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Value-added_tax There's a pretty good example on that Wikipedia page
  6. Well that grinds my gears, that "pisses me off", as Jkeaton put it. How is this not related to the topic? :))
  7. Thanks for the warm welcome, guys!
  8. Thanks! I don't know yet. I think I want a Journey, if I will be able to afford it. I've always liked big cars, and I live in the countryside. It would benefit me a lot
  9. Well that's what happens when you buy used cars with high mileage and you don't even know what you're getting into. I'm sorry to say that you might have made a pretty big mistake. But, as the others have pointed out, more info about the car would be great
  10. I'm from Europe and I just found out that in the US the VAT is not posted on the prices in the store, so basically you see in there is not the real price of the product. That's baaaaad
  11. A lot of useless stuff, actually :D I've been telling myself for a long time now that I have to clean it up, but I haven't found the motivation yet
  12. Oh, nevermind. I got it to work on another browser. Thanks anyways! :D
  13. Woah, it's great that you can afford new cars all the time! The Jeep looks awesome, by the way!
  14. Bucharest, Romania (It's in Europe, in case you have never heard of my country :D)
  15. Hey guys! I'm a new member from Romania and I'm glad to be part of this forum! My dream is to get a Dodge after I save a decent amount of cash. Also, I'd like to learn more about cars, since I'm pretty much a noob when it come to that :D Cheers!
