Mine aren't very loud either, don't want that to deter anyone that is thinking about going for LED's.
Love them so far, I've had my fair share of HID'S in numerous vehicles over the years, and the instant ON of LED's at full brightness is awesome.

I'll be checking in on this, too. Just bought a Journey, want the ceiling mount for my Daughter.

i have the 8.4 uconnect.  i just tried and it DOES play dvd's, i was wondering if theres any way to add the overhead dvd screen? is it worth it to do?  i thought maybe a aftermarket screen but the factory one has the built in climate controls to replace the existing knobs up top.
