  1. Thanks for the info guys it helps a lot for me as I'm in the process of ditching my shitty 19" tires that Dodge decided was a good idea to put on the Journey.
  2. Thanks for the info guys it helps a lot for me as I'm in the process of ditching my shitty 19" tires that Dodge decided was a good idea to put on the Journey. Can you give me the exact tire size so I can purchase it for my SXT,thanks again.
  3. welcome man and I hope you enjoy your Journey.Nice car in my opinion and plenty of power to get you going on the road.
  4. Did you check with your dealership first. They may have it but I know they charge a bit..Another option would be junk yards. Sorry if I was not much of help but perhaps someone else may chime in and tell you exactly what you need to know.
  5. OK thanks for the great points you made and will help greatly. I will test one wheel first and see how it goes. Cheers!
  6. I'm not very fond of the 19" tires on my Journey either. But what I wanted to know is if the wheals and tires I mentioned above would fit on my Journey.Someone I know is giving them to me for free and free is always better then paying a shitload of money for tires that are gonna be used for a short time and then stored somewhere. Thanks for replying though!
  7. What about the ones I mentioned in my post above, will they fit? I'll pass on the $400.00 Blizack's too rich for my blood. Thanks for responding.
  8. I want to keep them cause I can't spend extra money for sensors and whole new rims, tight budget here so can't spend a ton of money.
  9. I need to get winter tires but want to keep the original rims on.Currently I have the 225/55/19" Kumho tires. Can anyone suggests a size that would fit this stock rims. Someone I know is giving me these for free Set of 225/70/16" Arctic Claw winter with steel rims. will they fit the Journey? Thanks!
  10. Just posting back to say that after I took thee car to dealer and explained the problem they agreed to fix it no questions asked. The replaced the 2 front rotors cause they started to warp. Now the car feels much better but I assume down the road I will have the same problem since they only replaced with the same kind of rotors which are crap. I love how the Journey handles in the snow even with the crappy 19'' kumho tires. Thanks for responding diggit much appreciated!
  11. My 2010 Journey has only 11500 km and like a month ago my steering wheel started to shake when I break. So I took it to the dealer and they changed my front rotors no questions asked but I have a feeling this will happen again so I'll have to look in to after market pads and rotors.
  12. Just found this on youtube and i must say that I'm impressed.
  13. Hey guys what's up...so I've had recently some steering wheel shaking going on when applying the brakes and a friend of mine told me that it could be cause of warped rotors and such. Is this true cause I called the Dodge dealership where I bought my 2010 Journey sxt and scheduled a date for them to look at it and determine the problem. The car has only 12000 kilometers and should not be having issues like this at all so early on.Other than this the car is very good to me and I love it a lot.Is this gonna be covered by warranty or do I have to pay out of my pocket for this. I'm in British Columbia,Canada by the way. Can anyone suggest good after market pads and rotors please cause I'm not going with stock again after this. Thank You!
  14. Congratulation on the new Journey and I hope it serves you well. I got my SXT 6 months ago and I love it and so does my 7 year old girl.Lots of room in it compared to my POS Caliber and not to mention the added power . So far no problems and i hope it stays that way.
  15. Has anyone performed a comparison between regular and 87 octane.I would like to know it there is any difference in performance. I use regular on mine and it is doing well so far.
  16. Post some pictures and how you did it cause I might be interested in this.
  17. That is what i thought as well.I was originally looking at a red sxt and it had everything i wanted. Then they turn around the next day and tell me they sold the red one and this is the only one they had.It only has the 6 cd ,dvd,mp3 radio with the u connect buttons but no Sirius. Anyway i was looking around eBay and found a stock dodge radio that looks like the one i have now but it has the Sirius button as well. How hard is it to just swap the units and what else i might need to get Sirius in my ride. Cheers!

    Hello All!

Got my 2010 Journey 3.5 L ,v6 couple of days ago and love it.Previously i had a 2008 Dodge Caliber 2.0 L and i liked it but i did not like the cvt transmission. So i traded the car and got this one and im noticing the big difference, its like night and day.I love how comfortable this car feels inside ans the fact that i can't hear any road noise. The only thing that I'm disappointed is that the dealer screwed me over on the Sirius radio. This car has only the 6 cd,dvd,mp3 radio which is still OK but i had a Sirius in the Caliber and now i don't have one in the Journey. I guess I'll have to start looking around and see if i can find one now. Anyway It's great to be here and hopefully will learn tons of stuff about my new ride. Here is some pics..
