It does not work as advertised and no, I'm sorry, but I have NEVER owned a computer that was rendered useless on an annual basis due to a known issue that has not been corrected for years and affects every platform of the manufacturers product line with that feature....nor have I ever paid $3000+ for a computer

P.S.: I just emailed the NBC Washington (D.C.) I-Team in the hopes they will investigate, report, and get Chrysler to do what they should have done years ago and fix this issue. Are you paying attention NOW Chrysler???

2016 R/T, owned for 1 year 1 month and 17 days, driven for 50100 miles (not a typo or exaggeration), unable to use factory navigation...absolutely unacceptable! Out of warranty, no recall for my VIN. This is clearly an issue across all  chrysler vehicles after doing one night of internet research. Are you paying attention Chrysler? Fix this or I will personally get the ball rolling on a class action law suit.

Or I could drill a hole big enough to fit a lightning cable or micro usb through and have a much smaller hole. Yes I saw that the tray and lid slide back...thought you were referring to notches for the cables. I read that wrong. The USB port charges my iPhone 6 just fine.

I have done a thorough check and recheck, and don't see any notches. I do have the rubber stoppers and for now the cables are coming out from the gap in the lid, but what I want is a clean look....I guess I am probably going to have to drill a hole in the bottom or side of the console (inside) to achieve this :/

I tried searching the forums but came up with nil on this subject. I'm loving my journey, but am disappointed and a little confused about routing power cables out of the center console. In my 07 Chrysler 300 there was a notch on the passenger side to easily and safely route cables out of the center console. Why does a 2016 Chrysler vehicle not have something this simple? Anyway I would like to hear and see how you all have routed your power cables in your DJ.

It's freaking cold in my garage. It certainly isn't Sine, and it isn't 50% duty cycle square wave. It looks to be PWM . . . . . this is unloaded.

My new 2016 Journey RT has a built in 115V outlet and I have not been able to determine if the inverter is a pure sine or modified sine unit. I am hoping someone here may know the answer, so I am posting it for the Journey gurus to chime in on. Thanks in advance for any replies.
