Well from the comments here I can see nothing has changed with the issues on the 2010's from the 2009's All i can say to all of you with problems keep raising and issue with your salesman and the Sales Manager! Something can be done Good luck

Well I have owned my 2009 Journey R/T AWD Black Pearl now from Aug 2009 - nov. 2010 Got word today that it will FINALLY be being bought back by the company Love my Journey to the end of the earth but it is time to say goodbye before something REALLY bad happens to me on the road with it.... Wishing everyone well with there Journey on to repairs

well 9500 miles and in for a total transfer case replace! Drove 20 miles to the dealership with the smell of yuck burning! Gotta love this JOURNEY!! it truely is that! Stuck with a vehicle I won't get even what I OWE on it right now if I WANTED to trade it in!! Very frustrated with it! I am lucky and Crysler has given me a full extended warranty! I know I won't keep it the amount of time they have it for :/ Love my Journey R/T but it is making me really angry!!!

I also live in a small town and have one black and a tan journey here I am the only Black R/T so they never look @ me but people point and look @ my vehicle all the time :rolleyes:

whew glad to hear it is a safe vehicle and everyone is good after there accidents It would be nice if any of you would post the photo's of your accidents as well. How do they drive now? Different after they are fixed?

if you have an extended warranty it should be a $100.00 deductable That is in the US that is what our extended plan is.

I have always taken any of my vehicles in to be serviced for anything they need to have done. I have always felt and hold true to the fact that they will know better what to do to it than I ever would. I have always gotten very good trade ins and I believe it is b/c I take excellent care of my vehicles. Tonight mine is at the dealership lol waiting for a new radiator but :rolleyes: it will be I hope happy and back in my garage tomorrow night I love the Journey. Even with all it's little ~things~ It sure has a personality

2009 AWD R/T in for a leaking trasfer as we speak.. Also some dripping from the front radiator area!!! .. Was in 2 weeks ago for a lower radiator unit hose was cracked! put less than 250 miles on it in 2 weeks and it's back there AGAIN 3,000 miles on it now <_<

well it is dripping from the front of the vehicle and yes they said it was a radiator hose. This is number 2 in 2 weeks I will mention this to them tomorrow.

Hello, I have a 2009 AWD R/T had it since the end of August. Well November 16th I took my journey in to be fixed it was a radiator hose leak? Some lower unit? Well today December 1st it's doing the same thing. It smells REALLY bad and a large puddle is in my driveway :/ I have 3012 miles on it now and it goes in tomorrow morning @ 9am I wonder if anyone else has had this issue? My main concern is that they stated the last time they had to remove part of the engine to get to what they had to replace. HOW many times can this be done before MORE problems arrise. SO NOT HAPPY right now <_<

Mine I got in 2 days.............the dealership drove 3 states away to get it I REALLY love it ...good luck with yours. Ours has the sunroof did you get this also?

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Thanks for this info on this....I was out pondering this by the vehicle today. I was wondering if I could have that spray in bedliner stuff put in this area.. I know body shops do this and it would be fairly cheap. My vehicle is black so it wouldn't matter for resale on it. This would ensure no water gets under the rubber/hard plastic cover or anything else. It would be permanent in place.
