maltomario Posted April 30, 2009 Report Share Posted April 30, 2009 Hey all, Mario here. wife and I just had first baby a few months ago, and we were looking for a larger vehicle for road trips and to accommodate all the baby stuff like strollers, car seats, etc. our old car ('02 olds alero) was fine but it was just too small for trips as baby seat and diaperbag consumed alot of the space. so last night we brought home the new journey. this is my wife's car and she loves it. I think the interior could be a little nicer but for the price we paid can't complain. i am a little concerned about the reports i've read about reliability and leaking sunroofs, etc. but hopefully i will have good luck with this vehicle. (knock on wood) we got a loaded SXT w/ all options including sat tv, dvd, nav, moonroof, V6, performance suspension, etc. basicaly an R/T model except leather seats and the fancy chrome trim / leather shift knob. we paid under $25k + taxes after rebates / employee discount promo / trade in. here's a few pics: Anyway I'm sure I'll be banging around these forums occasionally... just wanted to pop in and say hi to fellow journey owners.
