bigtsr Posted December 20, 2014 Report Share Posted December 20, 2014 I would suggest if you can't unlock it using the inside door switch that it's an electrical problem. I would first try disconnecting the battery at the negative jumper point for 10-15 minutes to reset the TIPM to see if that is where the problem originates. 2014 model should still be covered for true electrical problems.
