Looking forward to picking up info on this forum. Plan on adding back up sensors and Uconnect Bluetooth to the vehicle ASAP. Maybe wheel upgrade to 19's as well. Doug D Posted July 27, 2011 Report Share Posted July 27, 2011 Regarding the wheels, I's stay with 17's as the tires for the 19's are very hard to find from what I've read. Stock rim 19 x 7.5 I don't see why we couldn't use 235 55 19. There are many options in this size. I did some research on Tire Rack and note that this particular size is rated for rims between 6.5 and 8.5 inches in width with an ideal width of 7.5 inches. I looked at the Yokohama Parada Spec-X which was rated quite high on that website. The actual tire width increase would be about a 1/2 inch total. I doubt that a 1/4 inch increase inboard or outboard would cause any problems. Overall diameter change would be negligible as well.
