I ran into one detail though, I couldn't get my USB key or an SD card to read properly. For those of you out there who are having these problems, here's what I found: The media used (USB or SD) must be formatted as FAT 32. The system will not recognize NTFS formatting. Once this is done, the system will read Mp3s, WMAs and so forth. I hope all of you are enjoying your Journey as much as I am. Happy reading! Pierre G. zack Posted May 25, 2011 Report Share Posted May 25, 2011 Hello, I also picked up my 2011 Journey RT a month ago and so far it is the best car I ever owned. I have had no issues with the SD Card working, but for some reason, when I select the unit to SHUFFLE, it shuffles the songs for that artist and not the entire SD Card. I have tried deleting all of the folders on the SD card and placing the songs in the main directory and it still recognizes the artists, but the shuffle still sticks to that artist.
