Dean H
Rear HVAC controls clean up. The most difficult parts to doing this is popping the controls out of the headliner. Separating the plastic case the circuit board is in. I used automotive trim tools. Assembly removed- Plastic case removed To clean up the brass contact rings on the circuit board. I used a Q-tip with quick dry electrical cleaner on it. They were dirty. On the knobs, I used a green kitchen scratch pad to shine up the brass contact. Will report back with my results in a few days. Edited September 27, 2025 by Dean H 5rebel9 and Squishman 1

Yes that is exactly what I had done and have been trying to explain about our '11 DJ, the only one now that has rear HVAC our other 2 just have front dual zone. Dean H
I heard your call and got it done. It is a real pain in the "beep" to install back in the head liner. Also of note: I bent the contacts in the dials for firmer contact to the circuit board. Dean H
The rear controls are working perfectly. The climate control system isn't turning on by itself. Edited September 29, 2025 by Dean H 5rebel9

Deep down inside me, I knew it would work...... I'm beginning to wonder if besides text that before, during fix and after pic's and videos are needed to be taken seriously of how to take care of a concern.....LOL
