ABS and Traction control light

On start up when all lights cycle through and go out, sometimes the ABS and the Traction control light will stay lit until engine is shut off. Next start all lights will cycle and shut off including the ABS and the Traction control light. May not do it for a few days or a week. Any one else encountered this problem? If so how did you correct it.

well you might have an intermittent problem with the abs or wheel speed sensor..even tho it goes off you should get it scanned and NOT at a parts store as there scanners cant read abs codes that might be stored....most repair places can do that but they will probably charge you a fee for doing so...good luck
