JC Everson Posted August 17, 2023 Report Share Posted August 17, 2023 My car makes a weird flapping noise that sounds like its coming from underneath the front passenger seat. It usually happens after starting the car, but sometimes happens while the vehicle is off. It doesn't seem to affect anything but I am worried it may cause future problems. 2late4u Posted August 17, 2023 Report Share Posted August 17, 2023 (edited) the blend doors will reset after the engine is shut off takes about 20-40 seconds the sound comes from under the glove box, if you have the rear air as well i am sure there are blend doors back there as well will sound like a dull clicking noise, other than that might be something under the car but if you are not moving and also when shut off that shouldn't be the case.....Welcome to the group and please report back on what you find out to be your problem Edited August 17, 2023 by 2late4u Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
