Without knowing the maintenance history is there a way to tell if I need to change any fluids & filters?

I just got a 2009 dodge journey SXT (Canada) with 195,000 KM on it.
It is in good shape and looks like it has always been garaged.
Engine is clean with a few cob webs so it probably sat a year after being shampooed.

Anyway...
Without knowing the maintenance history is there a way to tell if I need to change transmission fluid & filter, flush & replace rad fluid & cap, others?... or just do them all?

(I know the engine oil & filters was just done. I'm gonna change it to full synthetic right away)

just the color and smell, BUT i would assume the worst and do a coolant and thermostat service and pay close attention to the hoes as they might be over 13 yrs old, and change out the transmission fluid and filter as well, might want to clean out the power steering fluid as well, and take a close look at your serpentine belt for cracks and damage
