My MYGIG NTG4 REX navigation from an european 2009 Dodge Journey froze on the attached screen after update went to 100% and restarted. Can anyone help me with this? OhareFred Posted March 15, 2021 Report Share Posted March 15, 2021 Well, I don’t know if this will help, but you thumb drive should be 8 gig or less, nothing else can be on it, it must be formatted to fat32 if all the above is what you have, re-download the update zip file. Reformat the thumb drive to fat32. Unzip the download directly to the thumb drive. Disconnect the radio from power (not just turn it off, pull the fuse) for at least 30 mins. Plug the thumb drive in BEFORE you power up the radio sometimes as the radio starts up it will see the update and start it.
