  1. I have read somewhere that Dodge will replace the Grand Caravan with a seven passenger Fiat-base crossover, probably with the 3.2l pantastar and the 9 speed transmission, same one as the Cherokee
  2. http://www.diodedynamics.com/store/index.php/catalog/product/view/id/3266/s/2009-2013-dodge-journey-front-turn-signal-leds/category/522/
  3. It's done https://ca.news.yahoo.com/chrysler-kills-dodge-grand-caravan-jobs-said-stake-151856732.html
  4. Here's the Hidden Hitch. Not the best pictures I know. The only one who seem to be different is the Curt. The Hidden Hitch, Mopar and Reese look all the same
  5. I Bought a Hidden Hitch. Will get it on this week end and will post pictures after. It look the same as the Mopar. Probably a Hidden Hitch with a Mopar sticker on it
  6. The Mopar has more a V shape. The Curt seem a little bit lower. Thanks for the pics
  7. I'm buying a tent-trailer soon and obviously I will need a hitch for my DJ. I know a lot of people talk about the Curt but I would like to have some suggestion if there's people here using other brand. I would realy like to have one that doesn't go to low, the more it's hidden the better. If you have picture of your hitch on your DJ it would be great
  8. would trade my blacktop wheel for the crossroad!
  9. To be near the same diameter as the Kumho on the R/T and Blacktop edition and all the other trim that have the 225/55 R19, the Firestone must be 255/50 R19
  10. I maybe seing wrong but the wheel seem larger
  11. I have a 2013 BlackTop and I'm thinking about putting these http://www.tirerack.com/suspension/suspension.jsp?make=H%26R&model=Sport+Spring+Set&group=Sport+Spring+Set&partNum=50861&autoMake=Dodge&autoModel=Journey&autoYear=2013&autoModClar=SXT
  12. Don't know for the 2014 but here's a kit for the 2013 http://www.tirerack.com/suspension/suspension.jsp?make=H%26R&model=Sport+Spring+Set&group=Sport+Spring+Set&partNum=50861&autoMake=Dodge&autoModel=Journey&autoYear=2013&autoModClar=SXT
  13. The 225/55 R19 is about the same diameter as the 225/65 R17. Check this http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/tirecalc.php?tires=225-65r17-225-55r19
  14. And till january 5 2014 at Costco you have $70 off any set of 4 Bridgestone tires and an additionnal $40 for the installation. Costco charged $15 per tire for the installation normally but with the rebate it will cost only $20 total.
  15. I have TPMS on my original 19'' set but for my winter set I did'nt put TPMS. You'll have a tire pressure warning the first time but it went off after a while. I don't want to use my blacktop wheels in winter. I use 225/65 R17 for my winter tire, almost the same in size as the 225/55 R19 but much cheaper
  16. You don't need 19'' in winter. 17'' will do and they're much cheaper. Bought my steel rims at Canadian Tires for 64$ each. The Blizzak at Costco for 159.99$ each and got them installed at my local mechanic for 50$.
  17. Yes they wear fast on dry roads but they're worth it, don't forget to rotate them each winter. Great traction and the braking is fantastic, I love these tires. Me I opted for the Blizzak WS-70 225/65R17 for winter
  18. Nice story... Now seriously, for those who think snow tires are a waste of money, most of the time this is these peoples that we see on the side of the road because they think they are better pilot then most of us. Yes it's true driving skill will help, but if you think that winter tire are for people who don't know how to drive then they should take your driver's license because you're a risk for the society. Winter tire will always be better for traction in winter and above all, you will never have better braking result with summer tire or even all-seasons. I would be ok if the government put the date for the winter tire at november 15 instead of december 15 here, that would be more wise. In winter I always say that I drive for the peoples who don't know how to drive or worst, think they are better driver than most of all, like the peoples who think winter tire are for the others. C'mon! if you think winter tires are a waste of money in Quebec or any other place with snow/ice, you should'nt be on the road, you're a risk for the security of others. Oh and I know what is winter, I was born in Bay James and i've lived until 21 in Abitibi and learn to drive in winter there. I've had sport cars, full size, pick-up truck, 4x4, I've drive semi truck, crane... Please get winter tires in winter! I don't care if you kill yourself because you think you don't need it and you are a better driver, but if you injure or kill someone else, like my kids, because of that, you deserve to go in prison!
  19. First of all it's not mine. Someone got his wheels and tires stolen yesterday, he was parked in the Carrefour Laval shopping mall north of Montreal. This is not just the wheels and tires, the ?%"(*&$ thieves did damage on the truck too. Can't believe nobody saw that, it's a big shopping mall.
  20. Only have 5000km on my DJ and already thinking about changing the 225/55R19 Kumho. These tire are crap
  21. Man what kind of road do you have ? Stud will help you a little on ice but not in snow. Chain, cable? My summer tire are the original 225/ 55 R19 but for the winter tire I have Bridgstone Blizzak size 225/65 R17. Blizzak are very good winter tire with soft gum, but because of that, evidently, they wear more rapidly.
  22. Same problem with my 2013' DJ. The Kumho tire are bad.
