  1. Ordered from dealer. Exactly what I wanted, Crew with color, options, etc.... It took 6 weeks from order to delivery. No money down to order, no money down to finance. MSRP was 30500, paid 23700. May 2013. Only way to go is to order it. They also put your name on the window sticker. "Exclusively made for (your name here)"
  2. Is your transmission leaking? What is prompting you to check it? It is a sealed system. What are you using to measure the tranny fluid temp?
  3. Tell the dealer to add the DRL sales code "LMK" to your VIN. Once done, the tech can enable the lights.
  4. Damn near looks better than new........
  5. It;s bolted to the floor right behind the rear seats. Basically, tucked into a corner.
  6. Nope, changing out the sub won't help. Already been down that road. I disconnected it and installed a 200 watt powered 10 inch subwoofer. It's a Basslink from Infinity. The system sounds fricking awesome now!!! For 200 bucks, best mod yet.
  7. Got it installed and wow, what a difference. The new sub-woofer really brings out the entire Alpine system. To bad it didn't come from the factory this way. Nice punch to the bass now. Didn't need LOC. rather just used rear speaker lines for high input.
  8. Here ya go. It's called a cargo cover. Cargo cover, W/o 3rd row seat, Black List Price : $265.00 Your Price : $186.03 https://www.dodgeparts.com/oe_parts_catalog.html
  9. I put in a 16 gig USB, has over 800+ songs, 8.4 Uconnect reads them and all with the album art. No sure where the limitations comes in. This is what I used. Amazing USB's are so small now. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820220753
  10. Ah yeah, they forgot to put the oil in the engine. You are very lucky you didn't seize the motor. And never check the oil with the motor running.
  11. This Infinity sub-woofer has a 200 watt amp built within it. No extra amp needed. The installer will be putting in a LOC on the head unit for the RCA jacks.Yes, it still needs power from the battery and he will run the wires.(All hidden of course). He's just going to disconnect speaker wires to the OEM sub,and leave in place. This way, all I have to do is hook it back up if I ever sell the car.The other 6 Alpine speakers will continue to run off the OEM amp.
  12. Got my powered Infinity BassLink sub-woofer today via UPS! Going to get it installed next week. I'll try and a post a before and after on the sound.
  13. Nice ride you got there. Nice color, congrats! I hate when the dealer sticks on their dealership on the back. I peeled mine off as soon as I got home. The V6 Pentastar has some nice power to it. Enjoy.
  14. Can you take a picture of it and post it. I have the same leather option. I'd like to see where you are talking about. I received my Crew last month.
  15. He just said it had a cracked head. Prolly just a manufacturing defect or bad casting.
  16. Pull the fuse for the radio for like a minute, or disconnect the battery.
  17. Let us know what happens as this pans out.
  18. Mine didn't take long at all when I ordered it. Ordered March 14, came in and picked it up on April 20. Like 5 weeks tops. Of course, I do live in Texas, which transportation is pretty quick from the factory in Mexico.
  19. To clarify, the overall system sounds pretty good, but forget about any bass from the rear sub-woofer. Non existent.
  20. The 100 rating for the tire you mention is 1764 pounds per tire x 4 = 7056 pounds. You don't need to worry about the minimum required, as long as the tires exceed your maximum GVWR. Your GVWR is: Five passenger Vehicle, FWD 2.4l 5005 lbs, or Seven-passenger Vehicle, FWD 2.4l 5250 lbs. So, 7056-5250 = 1806 pounds left for passengers and loading. Speed rating: H = 130 MPH T = 118 MPH I highly doubt you'll be driving over 100 MPH in a 4 cyl Journey.
  21. The info is located in the operators manual under "Starting and Operating". It's all there. The maximum load is listed on the placard which includes recommended tire pressure. Inside drivers door pillar. If you don't have the manual, download it from dodge.com The speed rating all depends how you plan on driving your vehicle. My Challenger tires are rated for at 147 MPH, but for a Dodge Journey that's a little over kill. Most passenger tires are rated well above the safe limit and you should not even have to worry about it.
