The power cord is fine.will check for fuse.our sxt didn't come with bu camera. They started in 2014 as standard equipment.

need help.power port in dash quit working.using to charge phone.have to use usb in console.might be something simple I don't know.

our winters are pretty mild compared to others.this year we have gotten a bit more snow.our driveway is about 4-5% steep,not bad but our prius couldnt make it up in 3" of snow.so after being stuck a few times said heck with the mpg of the prius and got the 2013 awd dj.so far we really like it,stock tires are fine here,the 7.3" of clearance also a plus.going to nw montana in july for a wedding,cant wait.the V-6 is also a plus.

we are a small town and the nearest other dealer is 150 miles away.the dealership as a whole is not bad .just a person or two need retrained or replaced.

ya the service dept at our dealership leaves something to be desired.i think the help needs a lil more training.all in all we are satisfied with the purchase.

update-wife took DJ to dealer all the lines were frozen,they thawed out and charged her $77.i was at work,talked to wife on break and she told me the gal in service said its not a warranty thing.i call the owner of the dealership and my wife got her money back the next day.owner was pleasant and understood. hope the service gal got her ass chewed.we just got the car dec.27,2012.wish my wife would have gone directly to the owner.anyway it turned out ok.

no fluid underneath,rear washer doesnt work either,my wifes off tomorrow and will take to dealer.thx

just got back from first road trip,we really like the new journey,only one problem.cant get the winshield washer to work,the pump goes on but nothing comes out,fluid is full,not frozen.our temps have been +14 hi to -17 degrees.my ram pu has the same washer setup and works perfectly.pu sat for 14 hrs in below zero weather and i used the washer to get the ice off the windshield,works great,so kinda puzzled why the journey w/same setup is not working.everything else works great.very happy with our purchase so far,have 813 miles on it now.

have to wait a week or so until i have a few days off to take the journey on a journey,until then the wife drives it to and from work,30 miles a day round trip.i still like my dodge ram 1500 4x4 laramie a bit more.lol

i just watched motorweeks test 9 suvs and several different people tested each one and the DJ came in second only to buick suv.that test seemed to be pretty honest.

just bought my wife a 2013 sxt awd.so far we like it alot,v-6 motor has plenty of power.only thing we will miss is the 50mpg of the prius we traded in.journey is way more comfy and can make it up our driveway .so hello all
