  1. I recently installed a pair of Moog front sway bar links. These are greaseable links with a fitment for an 18mm wrench to hold the link in place to prevent it from turning while tightening the supplied nut. The OEM link does not have a place to fit a holder wrench but has a rounded surface so that a pair of vice grips can be used. This process is barbaric and if I had access to an oxy/acetylene torch I would have cut them off. Maybe consider a heavy duty die grinder to cut the nuts too. At any rate, I went the way of the vice grip and it does come off using considerable effort to break the nut loose and do use penetrating fluid to ease up the effort of turning the nuts by hand. The top 2 nuts are removable with an impact wrench, it’s the lower 2 nuts that present the biggest problem. After the installation remember to grease the links. The left lower ball socket grease fitting is in line with the halfshaft so you will need to use a 90 degree service greaser or perhaps a needle greaser to lubricate that fitting. The noise issue I had is gone and I’m happy with the results!
  2. The coolant Chrysler uses in all their products has a 10 year, 240,000 km lifespan. Unless the coolant was contaminated with transmission fluid-I would call that impossible-that flush was a waste of time. But you received the work under warranty so no worries for you but this is how dealers pad their profits and how technicians make more money because they are forced to work in a flat rate system of renumeration.
  3. Having the exact same issue. There are no DTCs. No updates I can find addressing this. Hope someone can reply
