  1. Yeah, I was another customer who thought this too. My 8.4n doesn't have voice command either. My last vehicle being a 2008 Grand Caravan, had "UCONNECT TOUCH". So I figured when I saw it listed as well on the 2011 Journey R/T, that was exactly what I was getting this time around too. WRONG! Now I will have to shell out another $300 if I can even get it here in Canada!
  2. I had the same problem. Took it in, and an update fixed it.
  3. Glad to hear that you like the white gold color! I was in the same boat too, it was a rainy day. But it still looked nice and even better in the sun! I get nothing but great compliments on the color. Also on the nav system, backup camera assist, leather seats, etc., etc.!.LOL!!
  4. Yeah, you can't really get the true color off the website, or from the brochure for that matter. I hope that it's a nice sunny day when you pick up your Journey, so it can really shine for you! I'm sure you are going to be very pleased with the white gold! As for the R/T on/off the website, who the heck knows. Anyone?
  5. I purchased my Journey R/T AWD on April 7th. I'm very impressed with it and have gotten a lot of compliments on it! I chose one off the lot. Mine has a moonroof, heated leather seats, 8.4 touchscreen with navigation, and is a five seater. The colour is White Gold and it looks classy. The only thing I am disappointed about is I thought it would have the UConnect Voice Command with Bluetooth technology. At the time of purchase, the salesman at the dealership didn't know anything about it. I'm still waiting on that for it's supposed to be a late spring availability for it. But I think i'm out of luck on it, for I think it's going to be a $300 add on if I want it. I saw a Journey Crew on the lot the other day that did have the Voice Command, so I don't know what gives there! But other than that, I'm very impressed with the handling and power! I was just looking on the Dodge.ca website, and I no longer see the Journey offered in the R/T model! Has anyone heard anything about this?
  6. This really sucks!! My 2008 Grand Caravan at least had the Uconnect phone. The salesman told me that the R/T is the top-of-the-line model. My Journey has leather seating, sunroof, keyless entry, and the 8.4N, but no phone connectivity! i called the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Information Center and she told me that the 8.4N has the Uconnect phone capability. But my dealership says it is an add-on that will cost me an extra $300 - $400.
