  1. Chris - Thanks for your help with this and raising the issue on the Chrysler end. I understand that mistakes can happen, and while this one was a large mistake that affected numerous customers, the most frustrating thing has been that we haven't been able to get any answers, and there isn't any kind of solution that has been available yet to get BT. I appreciate that you are advocating for us, and will post back with any information that you have available!!

  2. Wow - Definitely a long process to get everythign working - But glad that it's finally working... You should probably post the part number that your dealer was finally able to find as I believe there are others that had the same issue as you trying to get a harness.. I know the part number i provided didn't work for the dealers down there :)

  3. Ouch! Even at "4 for 3" Fountain Tire is gouging their customers. 1010tires.com sells these at regular price for $181 each for 22570R16, that's $90 less on a set. They also offer free shipping on 4 tires. I ordered some from them and I didn't even have to pay any PST, another saving.

I believe any of the 19 inch tires that will fit on the Journey are around 270+ on 1010tires... Hopefully by the time next spring/summer rolls around there will be more/cheaper options available.

  4. Yep, I went for the altimax arctics because they were rated highly everywhere I saw.

I am guessing you meant that they didn't have your size in stock at the time? I was lucky that they did have stock for mine. Glad that you were able to take care of the 1010tires free shipping promo as well!!

There are a few options for Rims which you are probably aware of. junkyards might have some that you can find. if you're looking new, Fountain Tire was where I bought mine, and they were the cheapest place I could find locally, but ended up costing me about $77 per rim.

  5. Dodge has been pretty good about releasing fixes for the 2011's as well. DodgeCares is a forum member here and has been super helpful about helping members and providing information, TSBs and fixes when they are released. Like Powdered Toast Man said, for the 2011's, Lemons are the exception and not the rule.

  6. Replied to your PM, but for others with same questions:

Yes, the harness is the one with the 3 relays on it. As for the sales code, I don't have that, what was mentioned above was the only thing that was on my work order from the dealer ship when I took it in to get it activated. I am not sure if your dealer has access to that Star case or what it is (probably internal Dodge knowledge base), but I imagine that would tell the dealer how to activate.

  7. Hey There,

That's correct. Once the 4 pin harness is hooked up, it needs to be flashed in order to actually enable them... Otherwise there is no power to the plug. According to my work order, this is what was done to resolve:

"CHECKED AND CONFIRMED FOUND REALTED STAR CASE S1108000077, REQUIRING THE ADDITION OF A SALES CODE, ADDED AND RESTORED VEHICLE CONFIG. RECHECKED OPERATION WORKS GOOD NOW"

Hopefully this helps! Let me know if you need any more information.
