The only real changes from the 2011 to the 2012 are the front and rear bumper (Which were actually changed mid 2011 cycle).
I don't see any reason why those 2 accessories wouldn't fit on your 2012... Perhaps it just hasn't been updated to include compatibility with 2012 yet?

The plastic adapter plate does not come with the Journey (or the Hitch). You have to buy it separately.
-
I might be interested!
My dealer quoted me $2999 for 5/100, and $3999 for 7/160 I believe.
-
Makes sense. I wish Weathertech would just offer a version with two holes.
I believe they said in August that they should have 2 hook ones available is 6-8 weeks or something, so it shoudl be available any time now.
-
Any problems since they replaced the touchscreen?
-
Problem with the encoding on the MP3 files maybe? Not that it should make a difference, but are they all the same bitrate? Does it always skip the same songs? Does it always play the same songs? That'll give you a bit of information to see whether it's the songs or the card reader itself.

Mine has always done it since I bought it... Sometimes, and I mean very rarely (since one of the updates) it will start with a different song... I think this has happened a total of 4 times over the hundreds of times I have started the Journey again.

Wow. That's odd. I wasn't aware that the CVP didn't come with LED tails... Seems pretty silly to have 2 different bulbs based on base vs non base.

Here's the Chrylser Garmin site... They do have a link to order maps... https://www.garmin.com/chrysler/

I had forgot to post back on this - Thanks for the update. They sure didn't make the fuse box an easily accessible location... Almost have to stand on your head lol
-
You are correct, they were able to get some more of the Brilliant Black - My dealer had a few of them as well. Glad you were able to snag one!

The epoxy job I did in late August is still holding up well... Let's see what happens during the winter...

Here's another Canadian site if any of you have a Princess Auto in your town:
$7.99 and has 5 different configurations
-
Per the fine print: Not available at Chrysler Dealerships, Canadian Tire, and Costco
-
Hasn't happened to me as of yet, though it's only 6 months old right now.
-
I've seen a couple links for aftermarket sources that were around $2000 for the 8.4n... I would expect the price from the dealer to be at least that much as well (if they can even source it... There's the shortage of them right now).
-
That's still holding air right now?! Like SaskGuy said - Get a new tire... Quick! Hitting a pothole or something could cause the tire to blow out really easily with a crack like that.
-
mine figured it out in a very short distance
That's awesome - I am glad to hear that's how they work!
-
From what I have read, it needs to be done via the dealer or a tire shop. They have to flash the new TPMS identification numbers so the Journey knows what to look for.
See answers below.

@20journey11 - That's exactly what the TSB implies It should fix that issue for you.
-
I would agree that the Journey is exceptionally quiet... Not sure I have ever driven a vehicle that is quieter!
-
The other thing to keep in mind is that the screen is just that - a screen. the actual stereo unit is actually behind the HVAC controls (at least on the 8.4N). I am not sure if there is adequate room to install a stereo where the current touchscreen is.

Welcome to the forum!
I haven't had this issue that I can think of, however I'd definitely recommend getting it to the dealer for them to diagnose/fix!
-
Congrats on the purchase! The Journey is a great vehicle! Welcome to the forum as well - Lots of great people, information and help on here!
