    Just a monitor co's I have a REQ radio w/ DVD player. I removed the overhead console and driver side front panel so I can run the power & video cable. first pull the rubber then remove the cover ( the triangle one ) just pry out next the side panel connect the 12v power to remove the overhead console

    I just installed this 2 days ago for 5 hours 9" overhead monitor Digital and Cursor for backup sensor on top of mirror and the sensor 2 months ago the garage door opener

    This DIY is for DJ w/o homelink You need: Trim panel tool ( to remove overhead console ) but I use plastic putty knife Pushbutton switch ( radioshack part # 275-644 ) Drill and 1/2 bit Soldering gun Solder Wire stripper 16-18 AWG wire Overhead console removal: Pic 1 Pic 2 Pic 3 Pic 4 Pic 5 Garage door opener and switch: Pic 6 Pic 7 Pic 8 Looks factory installed: Pic 9 Pic 10

    Finally, I figure it out and now I can install the garage door remote. I have 2010 DJ SXT w/o homelink

    anyone knows on how to remove overhead console?
