Hello everybody! I come to the forum with a concern ... I have updated the RB5 radio and navigation firmware to the latest version released by Garmin Express (UCONNECT_8.4N_NAV_7.09_MY13-14_LDLX_NAFTA), and updated to version CTP17. Then I decided to downgrade to CTP15 5.12, and from there to CTP13 3.15 in order to install maps. I installed the latest maps and the navigation system never got a gps signal. It does not acquire satellites. I have upgraded to CTP16 and nothing, then again to the CTP17 version of the Garmin Express and nothing. I decided to go back to the CTP13 version removing maps and nothing. I have done a memory cleanup (Nonvol Available cleanup) and nothing. I have disconnected and reconnected the GPS antenna and nothing happens. I have disconnected the battery...nothing happens. Do you have any idea what it could be?

Any solution to this problem? I guess that the issue comes after doing a downgrade from CTP17 to CTP13, I think that it's a big jump from the latest to the CTP13 firmware... The Garmin Loading screen flashes every 30 seconds and there's no information at the Dealers Mode/Navigation screen... Any ideas?
