Hello, on my 2012 Dodge Journey, the maps feature suddenly quit working. Used to work great, now only get a black screen when trying to access maps. Everything else works as it should. Radio Head unit part number is: P05091038AJ. Anyone else with the same problem?

I got mine fixed!!! I replaced the module with a module from a salvage (parts) vehicle. The salvage guy told me his part has a different part number. I did some internet research and discovered that the salvage vehicle part number is the updated part number from my vehicle. Bought it, installed it and it works!

I was viewing other forums on this issue. Someone mentioned a "telematics module" I did a little part searching, located the module in the vehicle via parts diagrams. I am now considering buying a used module to see if that will fix the problem

I have not resolved this issue yet. I was on the phone with Uconnct/Dodge Customer care on Saturday. They told me to take it into the dealer to make sure nothing is wrong with any of the components. I asked if they could tell me what all of the components are and where they are in the vehicle. They could not answer me. When did yours start the symptom? I just bought my Journey in December. It was recently involved in an accident, the previous owner started the repairs, I am completing the repairs. All dash airbags went off in the accident. I wonder if this is related. Also, the city I live in has a large salvage yard with an endless supply of these vehicles and vehicle radios. I am considering buying a used radio and trying that next.
