I have not found out the part yet. I’m a girl also. I have someone coming over to remove it to try and figure out what it’s called. I’m a single mom due to my child’s father passing away at the end of April and I am with a car until I can figure out this part to get my car fixed. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

It is a 2009 awd R/t with a 3.5L engine v6. It is the brown piece is on the right front passenger side. It is the piece that hooks into the transmission that is broken.

I have a 2009 Dodge Journey awd r/t. Part of my drive shaft that connects to the cv axel is broken and I am unsure of the name of the part. Does anyone know the part in this video that is broken? I can’t think of what it is called. Thank you! IMG_5472.mov

I own a 2009 Dodge Journey RT and recently started having a lot of thick white smoke coming from my engine. When I Stop it get worse at a light. It is starting to loosen the seal of my front window and coming between the seal and the window. It is mainly on the right passenger side and when I open the hood I can not locate where the smoke is coming from. I recently replaced my thermostat thinking that was the problem and it stopped for about a week and now I am back to square one. Has anyone had this issue and what was the problem? Thank you for your help! I’m a single mom and can’t afford to pay a ton to have someone replace a bunch of parts and it not fix it. Thank you for all your help!
