Thanks a bunch for this, I may just do this and see what happens through a process of elimination!

i would probably change the plugs as i said i once has a caravan that ended up being a bad plug wasn't throwing a code and most of the time it ran ok but then would mess up kind of like a hesitation , sorry dont have any other idea.

Taken it to two Dodge dealers and they both feel the problem but say this is normal, which is rubbish as I've driven others that are smooth as they should be.
I've had lots of luck from forums in the past due to owners sharing possibly common problems, hence posing the question here after the visit to the dealers.
