21,000 miles on my '09 had the brakes checked and I'm at 50% for front and I can't remember what the back is maybe 50 or 60% I'm thinking thats good? But then again, I know nothing about cars except they get me where I need to go and I look good driving the journey! lol :rolleyes:

Hi Sean - I had to replace 2 radios (touch screen) because of the exact same thing! My journey is an 09. Both radios were replaced under warranty but I'm not sure how long the warranty on the radio is. Both radios were replaced within a year of purchase.

Some people just like to whine and complain........

Wow - be careful! I've had my journey for about one year and thankfully this is not an issue for me. Getting the run around is not pleasant. Good luck!

I'm at 17,000 miles and no brake issues. Hopefully I don't ruffle any feathers but if the warranty won't cover the brakes why should the dealership have to fix them for free? I made sure I read and understood what was and was not covered under the warranty when I bought the journey. PS. anger issues get you nowhere. My issues are resolved in a timely manner and I've never had to raise my voice.

Hi Gatrus -I've had my Journey for 11 months, it has 16,000 miles on it and I still love the vehicle! No break issues or rattles at all. I've had a few problems but all I cared about is they were fixed in a timely manner. Past issues: lights shorted out in dashboard, conversation mirror wouldn't stay up, replaced radio 2x. Even with all this I would still buy another Journey. My dealership has been fantastic and works with me every step of the way. Laura
