mine just pealed a huge section off drivers side 2 days ago...glad to see I'm not the only one...

Not to resurrect an old post or anything, but when i shift into park on my 09 sxt it unlocks all doors. maybe there's a setting somewhere?

Thanks for the info! Just saved me a ton of time after my kids busted a sweet and sour sauce cup inside the shift area. Major pain in the butt cleaning this up.

just pull it off and use some adhesive remover (or you can use vegetable oil and it will do the same thing) to get the residue off. Do it now for the paint fades unevenly. I didn't take possession of mine until they took it off. Same for all the cars I've ever purchased.

Yesterday took off from a stoplight...nothing crazy just normal take off...after a couple hundred feet, car jumps from drive to neutral with a very audible pop and the revs go to 3k...i took my foot off the gas and revs stayed there. Talked to the dealer this morning and they haven't had anyone else say anything about it. So, anyone else? *and no i didn't knock it into neutral myself as i dont rest my arm there while driving. i haven't tried it yet but someone told me to use bounce dryer sheets and spray and wash to clean the wheels. spray the spray n wash on and let it soak for a minute then use the dryer sheet to wipe it all down. then rinse it off...said "shout" works about the same also.
