Was the timing belt.got lucky I guess it lost just enough teeth and not break.I guess previous owners didn't replace it at recommended mileage.

tried disconnecting battery for couple minutes just for heck of it.reconnected it still no start. wife says now other day drove it and decided to have oil checked and was barely on stick.says to me the light didn't come on.it has the 3.5 v6 with 130xxx miles on it.

HI the wife's 09 shut of while driving.code for crank sensor showed.replaced sensor and cleared code. just cranks over replaced cam sensor.still cranks normal but wont start.no codes showing up.has that smell like loading with gas.using a modis code reader too not a cheap one. 3.5 v6
